Our charges

Our principle, Anila Ehsan’s charge rate is £350 per hour, she holds over 15 years’ experience and heads the immigration department. Anila is particularly skilled at complex immigration cases, such as spouse visa’s where there have been previous refusals or long residence application which contain gaps in continuous and lawful residence. However, in cases including immigration matters we charge the fixed fee listed below. This is once your circumstances and your case has been reviewed. The fixed fee arrangement means that there will no additional charges unless there is a significant change in your instructions or circumstances.

  • Naturalisation/Registration as a British Citizen £700
  • Spouse, partners fiancé (é), proposed or child £2000
  • Long residence £2000 – £2800, depending upon complexity
  • Application on behalf of EEA Nationals £700
  • Visitor Visa £800 – £1200, depending upon complexity
  • Tier 1 Entrepreneurs £4000 – £5000
  • Tier 1 Investors £8000 – £12000
  • Discretionary Leave £1500 – £2500
  • Appeal Hearing £2000 – £3000

All fees quoted above are excluding VAT.

The costs quoted here do not include any advice and assistance in relation to any appeal where your application is refused by the Home Office.

 

Disbursements

Our charges do not include fees and charges payable to third parties, such as Home Office fees, postage/courier costs etc. We will keep you informed of such costs and when they are required to be paid. Application fees will be paid directly to the Home office as part of the application process.

 

Interpreters

Should your case require the services of an interpreter or your documents need translating, we will confirm the charges of the service. You are free to bring a friend, relative or a member of the community to interpret for you. You may also instruct your own translator, but please be aware that the Home Office will only accept document that have been translated into English by an official organisation.

 

Services

The fixed fee covers working with you and discussing your case in detail, considering the options available to you and determining which application is the most appropriate for you. The applications listed below must be supported by documentary evidence as stipulated by Home Office guidance and the Immigration Rules. The Immigration Rules are complex in nature and are subject to regular changes. We will provide clear instructions on the type and format of the supporting documentation required and whether the documents require attestation or translation. We will review and consider your supporting documentation in light of your application and further inform you if additional documentation is required. We can also assist you with obtaining certain documentation, such as medical records or bank statements.

Once the application has been prepared, we shall submit the application on your behalf and continue to liaise with the Home Office until a decision has been received.

We cannot guarantee how long the Home Office will take to process your application. Read the current processing times.

Each application is different and the preparation time will depend upon a variety of factors, however, once we have your detailed instructions, we will be able to provide you with a time estimate.
